Our Magnesium Oil Muscle Spray is a soothing blend of Topical Magnesium Chloride made with Zechstein Magnesium which comes from the purest source of magnesium chloride in the world, and distilled water. We also use Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile and Osmanthus for penetrating tired, sore muscles.
Magnesium is known to help promote relaxation in the body and mind including the muscles. It helps to quiet the nervous system and can reduce leg and foot cramps and help to relax overused, sore muscles.
Use daily or nightly routine. Simply apply 3-5 sprays on your neck, feet or legs and massage into the skin. This spray can be used as often as needed. Topical magnesium can sometimes cause a slight tingling sensation. This should stop with regular use and is normal.
